WANTED MALE FOUND IN UNINSURED VEHICLE

On 02/02/2026 at around 02:10 officers stopped a silver Vauxhall Corsa in Chapelon, Glascote Heath after the vehicle was showing as being uninsured.

Checks confirmed the vehicle was being driven without valid insurance.

Further checks revealed the 31 year old male driver, from Tamworth, was wanted for Failure To Appear for a number of offences. He was subsequently arrested and was also dealt with for driving documents offences.

The vehicle was also seized for no insurance.
